Due to the player controlled arrow and the walls of the catacombs being the same color sometimes it becomes a little cumbersome to relocate yourself after hitting a teleport trap
This is most noticeable at high level exploring, like when doing a Mirror Maze.

I suggest something like this:



I'm not asking for full color customization or anything just to make the player arrow and the walls of the catacombs different colors!

I don't know how many times when we are almost done the map in a mm we get a bunch of flashes in a row and I can't seem to find where we went haha

Would be neat if just the arrow was maybe red or pink somthing bright

Am colorblind. Can't see your arrow anymore than the current.

just noticed that "Hardcore" in the character list got changed to red. I absolutely love it!

Ah I knew I was overlooking something there.

I just went for what was most visible for me. I figured if njag decides to implement it he would test a few colors to see what works best.

Me too! I saw my character sheet topic got closed with Paul saying he reverted it back to list and made some tweaks checked it and saw the change

Yes changing the colors to contrast more would be helpful.

On a similar note:
Some Maps have color contrast issues
Trap Doors could show up better on the navigation map.
Discovered wells sometimes don't show on the navigation map (no i'm not talking about players who joined after discovery)

The wells part is because there are 2 types of wells no?

One type shows
Other type does it?

Like when you find it it actually says 2 different things in the chat log

I'm voting yes.
Personally, I would like to see a mini map on the side to be able to view your progress or even a transparent map overlay like in Diablo 2. This would eliminate pauses in trying to get your bearings when you get flashed. I know this is asking a lot though so I'll settle for this.
