+ % 15 Cold Res (15 is minimum can have more)

I was gonna look through my dozens of ES shields but I haven't been playing lately and +%lightning damage is a rather new mod. You might want to look for %spell damage instead. You'll get a LOT more results.
Also, I'd remove that 15cold res stat from my search if I were you. You can easily get 15 cold res from either other pieces of gear or even jewels.

Well, I'm not sure if Spell Damage stack with Blade Flurry. Also need Fire/Lightning Resistance mostly cuz I lack a lot of it. Anyway thanks for ur post. I was inactive for pretty long time and didn't check thread.
