use ddu in safe mode and remove all drivers for gpu's
nvidia and amd just to be safe, will require two restarts
Then proceed to amd or nvidia's website (card depending) and install the most recent drivers for your gpu.

For mobo got to the manufactures website (google board name and drivers)
Download all the most recent things for your mobo (not teh software just drivers)
Install em all, either it will upgrade your shit or say its already up to date.

Once all done test system.

50ish temp while idle...?
what's your temperature WHILE gaming? not alt tabbed, check what hw shows on another monitor (if u have 2) when you're experiencing significant fps drops.
Could be your CPU throttling, it's an easy fix if that's the issue

It's a different ball game in terms of hardware needed to play games and play games while streaming it at the same quality. What you can do to upgrade depends on your budget, demand of game played, and streaming quality goals.

The only game I really have an issue with is fortnite.

When dropping in, the game fails to render the buildings and I'm just floating around not able to do anything.
When shooting people, I'll get a for drop and it's lag glitch .
This is regardless of streaming or not

Overwatch has fps drops as well And it gets annoying .
