In verification instructions it says "Verification Procedure: A submitted picture of yourself holding your photo ID is required for verification. The information must match our Paypal records. All other criteria above must be met first!"

Who do I submit this information (I hope it's a secure method cause Id photo will be transferred) and what information will be checked for the "match"?

As for what they verify that would be also something they'd know.

An admin of the site. My guess would be njaguar, since Kevin has different tasks.
admin. It has to be secure for sure.
Probably personal information, such as name/surname, etc.

As an IT professional I would love to hear how my data is handled/protected against a breach though? Lost identity is hard to gain back. Not implying anything but even the titanic was "unsinkable".

Is my verification data saved or deleted after the process?

Once you’re qualified to be verified, there will be an e-mail that you send your picture to. Not a pm on he site.
