I can't see shit, the quality is awful. It could be a flame, it could be just the rubble, a painted wall, something reflecting. The picture you posted is a flamethrower that uses a napalm like substance. Modern flamethrowers wouldn't use a liquid substance that sticks like they used to. They'd have used something like a natural gas if they were going to burn it down with a flamethrower on their tank.

So what you're saying is that they specially engineered a tank specifically for the Waco siege that had a short range gas fire system of some kind in order to covertly set a fire inside the compound?

they could just simply change the fuel used for the flamethrower, if there was one. I'm not saying that's what happened. Just that the concept of a tank with a flamethrower is nothing new or complex.
