Find him as a melee char.

He must be Goocidic

Gooify (blocks all physical damage for a few seconds)

Fun Fact
When he is doing the Block (Red Shield) you are able to Crit him with 2000-6000 Melee Dmg

I wish I had experienced this bug before :P .

So you're saying if u can crit for more than 2k he'll do damage? Not sure what you mean.

Whenever the Red Shield pops up you can dmg him with crits as a melee.

This is absolutely 100% correct.
Gunnery and I stumbled on him once, we were both melee.

We took him out so damn fast that we didn't believe it was Sneaky
until the notification popped up the the quest was done

So on the off chance you get sneaky and he rolls that 1 out of 60 or so mobs he'll be easy to kill. Sounds great to me.
