Constantly talks shit about regulars with his 4 or 5 ass licking cronies, the biggest gossip on Jsp, but claims to be a victim as soon as someone calls him on it. Just a genuine terrible person masquerading as a "nice guy".

There's been flashes of his real personality shown here but he takes great effort to ensure it doesn't come out. I saw the abuse directed at Laura for years, and I don't forgive people who can be so cruel and manipulative solely for their own enjoyment. It's psychotic.

He might also be in denial of how crazy he can be... maybe he needs help.

Without a doubt needs help, somehow who deliberately tortures someone they care about to feel better about themselves needs help.
