Just wondering, when rerolling Baal gcs trying to get the lifer skillers, does the ilvl reset or stay at 99 after it's been rolle?

Ie reroll the same gc over and over or you have to farm/buy another?

Any info would be greatly appreciated

Reroll the Baal Grand Charm until you get something keepable/worth it.

The Ilvl stays 99 every time so you basically use it until it's good!

Is there way of verifying the authenticty of unid Baal gcs? How do you prevent being scammed?

I'll probably just end up farming them myself anyway but may also buy some if I know they're legit.

Would need a mod with Ilvl shower but I believe you can get banned as it's still third party.

Best bet is to buy a charm with at least 41 life on it.

Otherwise it's all about buying from trusted users/farming them as you stated.

Hmm I'm on mac as well so that makes safe mods even scarcer.

Yeah it wouldn't be worth it. I mean once you find a gc you're most likely gonna be rolling it for a while if there's something specific you're looking for.
