i'd say it's easily 250+ but you gotta find someone that wants to make fire sorc. i really dont know europe's market but if it's similar to east's, i'd say it could sell for around 400, you have perf life rep w/ decent hp and fair mana.
63 fcr bp really is easy to hit w/o ammy having it so it's not a huge cost deduction imho.
Not quite accurate imo, but i can get behind most of it, fire sorc aint very viable, only as a tvter where it shines as a tank/support char for your carry. with that said lld has been going for 10+ years now, a 4mod amulet with low mana and no fcr aint very attractive to any good 18 pvp sorc player.
With that said im planning to put it on a umcommon build, i could up offer to 50, not sure how much its worth to be honest..
