#1 seems to be arbitrary and a matter of personal opinion in different cultures.

#2 How does one manage to avoid ‘carving’ his brain into inadequacy? Do you mean negating some of the social pressures that affect men more than women?

#3 Recognizing and accepting other forms of intelligence has little to do with wanting to assert a military and economical dominance.

I know only one boy who has achieved such a feat.
And this boy is me.
So I'll tell you my story.

I am Jewish.
My great grand-father was a very very popular rabbi in Algeria.

In Jewish culture, we learn to manipulate the bonds of trust.
(on apprend à manipuler les liens de confiance)

My father is right-handed, and he is wild and violent.
My maternal grandmother is left handed.

My maternal grandmother protected me a lot during my childhood.
I always saw my father as a savage.

So I refused to create bonds of trust with my father.

I never created a bond of trust with my father.
I always refused to do that.
I always refused to turn my back on him.

How to live with my father (in the same house as him), when I can not create bonds of trust with him?

I was forced to sculpt my brain in adequacy.
I was forced to live in the psychic world, like everyone else.
I had to learn concepts such as revenge, love and kindness.

At the same time, I also had to live in the physical world.
I had to pay attention to my father.

It was mandatory for me to survive.

Adequacy, it is carved in early childhood.

Religion brings intelligence, as you can see on the following map.

It may be that God exists.
Sometimes, I DO believe in God (and I am Jewish).
Sometimes, I do NOT believe in God (and I am atheist).
I alternate religion fairly regularly.

There is a stress inherent in the possibility of God's existence.
And the best way to endure the stress inherent in the possibility of God's existence is to admit that it is possible that God exists.

Despair consists of a quick oscillation of believing in God, then of not believing in God. (in my opinion)
To avoid this oscillation, one must be honest, and admit that it is possible that God exists.

Religion is a sect that you choose to belive in, if youre mentally stable you cant alternate to something that doesnt exist then go back to reality

Here is the definition of a sect:
Quote
A sect is a subgroup of a religious, political, or philosophical belief system, usually an offshoot of a larger group. Although the term was originally a classification for religious separated groups, it can now refer to any organization that breaks away from a larger one to follow a different set of rules and principles.

The main religions are large religious groups, so they are not sects...
Quod Erat Demonstrandum

Also, know that theology is a science.
In fact, many men who have made history believed in God, as you can see on this picture:

Theology is a very powerful science, and I'm convinced that if more people made the effort to interest on it, we would live in a world where people would be smarter.

Here is the place that should be attributed to theology among the sciences, in my opinion:
