just go warcry/berserk barb it will be fun pvm wise. great for running chaos, just pop seal stun mobs with warcry, kill the unique with berserk and move on, make for some really quick clears on bosses etc. u can just stack warcry gcs *cheap and gives health with bo synergie to skills for warcry etc.

except synergies are raised only by hard points

A singer is awful in pvm...although, if you really want to try it, consider that War cry is physical damage, so it will get a boost from decrepify or amp damage curses.

Therefore: you may want to consider a:

1. might merc with eth reapers
2. act 1 bow merc with brand runeword.

Also just one last thought...instead of mara (2sk) + 2 x hoto (6sk), consider this instead=

3 wc amu + hoto (3sk) + spirit (2sk) monarch (the shield gives u the ability to block, bit of res and more fhr, which helps you when u teleporting)
