sandstorm treks arent really good for much
Marrowwalks give one billion stat points and some mana regen. Otherwise craft some blood or caster boots

I just can't really see the use for the Dex on a singer?

This might help, he shows the build at the end. Obviously wear Enigma for general play, Insight will make game-play a lot less infuriating, but will decrease kill speed.

Get as much mana as you can on items and use a Gulli/Treachery merc (you need crushing blow)

in pvm? war cry is one of the least mana efficient builds, bested perhaps only by spamming level 60 fire golems
with 105% fcr and level 53 war cry you wind up spending 194 mana/s to deal 6828 physical damage/s that is mitigated by DR (and blocking for those bosses/etc)
just killing a single players 8 champion venom lord should take about 15 seconds and nearly 3000 mana.

doesn't sound like fucking fun to me m8,

just go warcry/berserk barb it will be fun pvm wise. great for running chaos, just pop seal stun mobs with warcry, kill the unique with berserk and move on, make for some really quick clears on bosses etc. u can just stack warcry gcs *cheap and gives health with bo synergie to skills for warcry etc.

Tbh I had most fun in Diablo 2 playing warcry-barb and curse-necro.
