What is a good pre-built gaming computer I can get with a $1,100 budget? I am trying to buy one for my cousin who doesn't know how to build computers. I would buy and set it up for him, but I am busy at the moment.

It's a bit far away and he can't go there. Is there a computer from Microcenter that is worth it though?

I know it's a bit above budget but not bad pricewise for a prebuilt. Ram could be upped in the future but it's pretty good. What games will he be playing ? Does he have a monitor/keyboard/mouse?

Tell you're cousin to build himself. It's not hard if he is even a little bit mechanically inclined. He will get a much better long run product.
