so i rerolled my character like 5 times already and now something strange happened... constantly 3 monster spawning while soloing while the max been always 2 before
why is that ?

When you mq you unlock the ability to summon up to 3. When you haven't mqd on the character you're playing it's a noobie feature to make the game easier initially where only 2 will spawn

You could. But then you won’t build up profiencies.

Can't use clubs on the Samurai class you unlocked.
You need swords or daggers.
If you go swords you can sell your clubs as you won't need them anymore and can keep your strength based armors and charms.
If you go daggers you will need to invest in dex based armors or charms.
Or stick with ee armors if soloing.

If you eventually become more serious about playing you should consider buying axes/daggers. With those two sets you can play feeder through ninja They may cost a little more than the lesser weapon types but you would require fewer item sets to be able to play all the classes

You`re making some good progress for having s tarted so recently!

swords is cheaper then dagger/axes.
clubs is for sure cheaper then swords but you can use them on less classes
myself use swords + staffs and with those i can get from feeder up to ninja

and agree with cheeya that if you starting to like the game more and you want to play more serious, you should invest in some better gear and then the game will become more fun and you getting better experience out of the game!
its a pain in the ass using low gear and trying to get to MQ solo.
