I own a touareg v8 my battery is under driver seat, no big deal m8. Plenty of room in bay eh?

On my v8 touareg the battery is not under the hood m8, in fact it's under the driver seat. Easy to replace though.

I owned a gti and I had to take apart half the trunk to change the tail light lol

not sure on the process for other cars though, so it might be normal to do that?


if you're going to get a vw make sure you extend that warranty!

I can't get past the Jetta/A4 2.0 having a timing chain on one side and a timing belt on the other... I think it's like 12 or 13hrs on the books for that job. If either breaks it's going to introduce your pistons and valves.

Yep
They make things more complicated then they should be m8, do I have a normal alternator? No, I have a fucking liquid cooled alternator lmao. What in the actually fuck, I had no idea until it needed replaced.

Serious note it take only like 4 hour max to do both lol
