I've soloed diablo in hell at level 64, using only Orb/static/firewall.

my build : minimum skills u need

max orb
max cold mastery
static 1 point
firewall 10 points
max teleport

my gear : (70% fc/ max fire/lightning resist/ 80%fhr / 70+ block +1all skill )

shard
the Ward
twitchroe
rare ringsx2 with fast cast/rez/life
rare boots +20%run/lit and fire+40%
bladebuckle
bloodfists
tarnhelm (if u have it)
rare amu +fastcast/rez or eye of etlich

for mf u just run andy NM or hell andy with bug... shard is a bitch to get though

stats : some of ur gear give dex/str/ like twitch and bladebuckle, but if you like switching gear minimum is

60 str
51 dex
rest vita
energy - nothing, jsut use pots lol


how i leveled my sorc :

1-12 just kill mobs with staff+lightning bolt
12-30+ nova powa
30-60 orb :)

normal + nightmare is easy, there is no such thing as cold/lightning immune even nightmare deseis is not immune
hell u just teleport and kill only the mob u need to kill, therefore i leveled most in nightmare cs (easier and fast)
duriel isnt cold immune btw, and for hell cs, just use orb, and reset if seis is fire immune or too fast, just static him to low health and use firewall stakcs to finish him off.
1 point static is all u need for boses, even diablo lol
for duriel, u put urself in the corner

this sorc build is still better than hard2kill (of_Pain)

your gear requirements are way too demanding and skills not how i would

30/20 priz bone or spike shield from shop
2-3 sock ruby helm
nightsmoke belt optimal (fhr/res demonhide from shop) - don't waste alotta time looking for this
magical priz amu - either found or cubed (or whatever rares u may come across)
fcr rings 2x
20 fcr wand - shop or found if luck
fhr/life or fhr res armor (rare if luck?)
best res boots available
best res gloves available

try to hit 30 fcr (50 ideal)
42 fhr (30 survivable)
resists are not super important, but fire is definately nice, also use thawing and antidote when needed

skills
20 orb
17 mast
1 frozen arm

1 tele
1 static
1 mastery of light
extra into telekinesis

1 fire mast
1 fire wall
20 warm

shop a +3 ene shield staff
and a 1-3 thunderstorm staff

use as needed~

Stats
less than 60 str
no dex
200++ vit
150 ene

also as u play norm keep an eye out for a 1 handed prevent monster heals wepeon, they typically start dropping towards the end of act 1
save this for hell cs if sies or fector spawn fire/cold, you can static/ts down, and then hit them with the prevent heal to stop unholy regen

if you get bored of cold main builds even though they are the best
i also have a fire main and light main build

Did 8 Player solo cs runs with this in less than 2 minute.

POINTS IN TELEPORT ARE COMPLETLY WASTED!!!
