I was gifted an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4gb graphics card. I was curious if it is compatible with my ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 motherboard I purchased with my build back in 2012? I currently run an AMD Radeon HD 7870 graphics card.

yes, your only real concern is your PSU.
though it should not be an issue seeing as you supported that other card.
