Now, I'm assuming this is a motherboard issue. However, I'm not too familiar with how monitors work all together.

A few days ago I noticed my monitor would randomly start changing different settings by itself. On my monitor, there is a power button. Circling the power button at 4 arrows. Obviously, these arrows are how you navegate through the monitor settings options. But while the menu isn't up, each arrow brings up a different quick-option. Each of these 4 settings are the ones that keep randomly changing. What could suddenly be causing this? I have not messed with any options myself, and it's never done this in the past.
