it must work as someone is trying to sell a solo card for 18 mill on rs forums (might try to sell mine for 15 mill :)

or its just a scam ... runescape forums is full with scams ...

Its not. I bought 3 so far. My best guess is when card is activated by player with all the recipes it will drop for me. Idk actually but you can do it.
