i'd have to go with blaziken. he served me the best of all in game and fire + fighting was a pretty cool combo to have from a starter.

honestly i always wanted to replace my gen 2 starters in game and in gen 4 i think i only tried piplup and he disappointed me in game. i probably would've liked the other 2 but only used them online in random battles.


yea man in gen 2 the punches were special damage so it was amazing. i think i would've liked jinx more early on if I knew just a little bit more about the game around that time, so i mostly put em on kadabra.

i ended up breeding a jinx + kadabra eventually though and got a smoochum with shadow ball + ice punch + psychic + thunder punch, even as a baby that thing already had those moves so it was op lol.

i remember the rental jinx basically being the best one too in pokemon stadium 1. it had ice punch/psychic/lovely kiss while most things with good stats had really shitty move sets.
