It all depends from market and players.
You can say that this armor is worth 500 fg, but you won't find buyer even for 250. In other day you can say that this armor is worth 500 fg, but 2 players will make war to buy it, and it will be sell for 2k.
So, when I'm saying 200 fg on start, it means that this item shouldn't be sell for lower price.
