Damn that story is nice! I liked the name Frank. Hah.

Good luck bro! Hope to see you get those goals!

Ty, Hideous Frank is named after d2jsp user bonnerf2!

If this is the path my father intended to walk, then let me walk it in his stead.

Tomur-Oul reached the Rogue Encampment safely. His father had been on the way there to help these people. But why? He was on the quest to hunt down and kill Diablo himself, what was his business in this little barricaded town in the woods?
He had to trust in his father's wisdom. He approached the townspeople about their laments. The High Priestess mentioned an evil cave in the wilds. Wondering if he was ready for his first test, Tomur stepped outside.

Tomur has been using this same wand to train in raising the dead since he was a child. His training paid off, because he was able to successfully raise a skeleton under the pressure of active battle. Raising the dead was just one of three aspects of magic passed down from Trang to Tomur.

The second aspect was Curses. Curses were able to manipulate the minds or cause physical impairments to enemies. Tomur learned about curses through an ancient text passed down to him by his father. When he found an abandoned house in his travels, he stopped for a moment to study his curse book.

While raising the undead was useful, and Curses are certainly essential, Poison has always been Tomur's area of interest. This blade was perfect. Fast and sharp. He could coat the blade with some of his homemade poison.

Tomur impressed himself with the ease at which he completed his first real quest. But there was a long way to go.

In his downtime, Tomur took to studying his father's book of curses. He was so absorbed in his studies that he didn't even realize when the fire went out. He startled when Kashya spoke to him.

He was told of a former loved one - their own war general who they had lost in the war. Andariel's evil had given this Blood Raven second life, and Blood Raven was raising an army of her own.
Another necromancer? Tomur thought. I will rate her work.

Tomur travelled through the Blood Moor and across the Cold Plains until he reached the Monastery graveyard. He was not prepared for what he saw. Blood Raven was a formidable necromancer indeed. She had amassed an undead army capable of overwhelming any foe while Blood Raven herself shot her Spectral Arrows from afar. Blood Raven had clearly not studied the Curses however, because she was completely unprepared for the fact that Tomur could simply Blind her entire army with a curse learned from his father's book. Her strategy was nulled.

As her soul returned to the Void, it was torn into dozens of pieces and the explosion wiped out all of the Undead in sight.

Kashya was so thankful for Tomur's actions, that she offered one of her mercenaries to aid in battle. He accepted her only temporarily - he would accept her battle here, but he would not ask her to leave her homelands.

Tomur had been in the Rogue Encampment for a few days now. None of the villagers had come to him with any problems, so he decided to head out into the wilderness to explore. He visited one of the local vendors beforehand and she had a dagger even sharper and swifter than his own. It held an enchantment which made it swing faster than a typical blade. He purchased it with some gold he had found in a chest.

Before he went out, he spent some time alone studying Curses. Reading this old book always made him feel more connected with his father.

In his travels, he came across a unique tree and an old scroll. The scroll had unrecognizable markings. He took it to the High Priestess.

Akara was able to decipher the runes used in the scroll. She concluded that the scroll was the key to opening a portal to an old city where she believed her friend was being held captive. Tomur felt like he was in over his head, but he had to move forward.

"This old blacksmith was raised from the dead!" He said to Elly. "It was sloppy work."

Tomur was able to locate Akara's old friend within Tristram and sent him home safely with a Town Portal.

Nice map ^_^

Tomur entered a crumbling castle that he found in the wilderness. It's depths seemed to know no limit. He didn't know why he was pushing forward, but he felt like he had business in those cold, dark hallways.

When he reached the deepest bowls of the Tower, he felt a thick intensity in the stagnant air.

There is a lot of power down here He though. But where is it?

He explored the first chamber and encounter nothing of note, just the same evil filth throughout the rest of the Tower. He had explored almost the entire area and was beginning to feel that he misread the situation when he was confronted face-to-face with a Fiery She-Demon and her army! The army swarmed Tomur's faithful Golem while the Demon herself throw about great walls of magical fire. Tomur again relied on his Curses to inflict fear into the hearts and minds of the army and cause them to flee. The She-Demon died alone; slowly from a poisonous wound.

The vendors in town seemed to be acquiring better and better stock as time went by. Tomur supposed this was because of his work - with less of Diablo's minions in the wild, more merchants can make their way to the towns.

After the She-Demon of the Tower was dead, Tomur continued to search around for treasure. He came across a cache of ancient stone runes. He remembered learning about these types of runes from his father, but he had never seen any before. He had only read about them in old scrolls which stated that certain runes were compatible with other runes in special ways. Attaching them to your armor set in a certain, sacred order is meant to unlock some hidden power in the runes. But how was one to know which order to place them?

He spent days shut away in a hidden location experimenting with the runes and different sets of gear. His work paid off when he unlocked his first Rune Word.
