Unless you're playing low req. games like league/csgo, u won't be able to fully utilize the monitor with a 480 on 144/1440p display.
Also keep in mind, monitors can last you a very long time. So don't limit yourself to freesync monitors just because you have an AMD card right now. You will most likely upgrade to a better card in the future, especially when you feel like taking advantage of your monitor and latest games.
The latest "strongest" amd card can't beat 1080ti even though it came out later, so imagine when nvidia releases their latest cards that are more efficient soon. At least then, you may use the gsync function if you wanted to.
if you're going for 27" get the acer btwn the benq,
if you're going for 24" xg01/02 are great.
get whichever makes you satisfied, monitors are one of the components you'd want to keep for a long time and won't have to upgrade as frequently such as a video card.
