anyone else look like a twiggy in a shirt due to their forearms and calves being resistant to hypertrophy?

Anyone had this problem but fixed? if so pls tell how to fix.

I actually have decent upper arms and upper legs but you can't really see those unless i wear those dooshbag shirts

Calves & forearms need tremendous volume & are highly dependant on genetics
Try 5 sets of 20-30
If you're already doing that, cant help you

Used to think so too.

Eat big, get big (calves and forearms)

wrist curs with a barbelll and grip training

Do full range of motion to get the most of your contractions on the curls
