Just as a heads up: what China is doing right now is the government equivalent of what the US is doing through AI development in corporations.

Both are going to form credit ratings or any other type of personality administration with a point systems. Implementing it trough a government just proofs to be a lot faster.
Without proper privacy protection we're all gonna go towards this big brother or Kafkaesque society.
