hi guys,
i recently decided to try POE again. i have a little bit of experience with poe, played in the first few months of launch or so..
now i went on youtube to ofcourse look up some builds and i came across this one;

what is your opinion on the build?
is it beginner-novice friendly?also; how does it scale throughout the game? like is lvling slow/fast? when do you unlock all abilities? how hard would obtaining all skills be etc etc.
