IF is backed by science. The problem is that dieting and nutrition will always be whatever works best for you as in what can you tolerate and adhere to.

Most people can't take IF and blow up their weight loss goals before they even begin.

IF is cool, but one thing I've realized is that anybody who is looking for a get skinny quick scheme wont stick to an IF layout.

Just do CKD, that's the closest to a gimmick where actual fat loss is obvious.

Yeah, that's what I'm saying. There have been some great findings for IF, but if you're not going to stick to it then those findings mean nothing to you.

I would never recommend IF to a client as the first option. It's more of an idea once they get used to watching what they eat and learning more about nutrition.

Daily or alternate day or some form of fasting is likely the easiest way. You might not even need to track your calories, you may just naturally eat less making it way easier obviously.
