I agree it's up to the administrator if they decide to implement it or not.
I get what your saying.
For example, if you type in the address bar "d2jsp.org or www.d2jsp.org," it doesn't direct you to
https://d2jsp.orgBut if you type it in like this "https://d2jsp.org/" then your lock secure. if you browse, you will still get the "not secure" with an icon "i." that tells you connection is not secure.
I think they should implement it because you never know which sites they will be targeting next like ddos attacks (Distributed Denial of Service Attack), and cyber security threats, and all that stolen information etc...
DDOS Attack Prevention would be a good idea also to protect the site.
