I'm with Bard on this. To add a bit more, you have to remember you're going to be advertised to NO MATTER what. Whether it's television, online, or mobile, you're going to see ads. The question is, do you want them to be relevant?

As for HIPAA concerns, the data is anonymized so there's no privacy issue.

Privacy in the internet age is a joke anyways. With a first name and a zip code you can pull some horrific information in 10 minutes.
