If you wanted a 10/10 it would be a "Magical" +3 fire skills orb of the magus (20%fcr) with +3 fireball / +3 fire mastery and with luck get 2 sockets
If you wanted 11/10 it would be the same orb as listed above but with a necessary 3rd mod like "teleport" or "chilling armor" or "Thunderstorm"
Because you spent the time to "Name" it though, I'll upgrade it to 10/10
