considering shaper+guradians etc have 80% reduced and regular bosses 60%(?) reduced curse effectiveness this is pretty shit

except if that dmg on movement skill is considered a hit which means it could be useful for a bunch of self damage builds

Just build 100% move speed qotf with mass evasion and the belt will be strong.

at least those good mods are balanced w some horrid ones

GGG made a belt that curses mobs and as a downside inflicts some damage to the user
All community thinks about is how to make a build around the downside

At this point this belt could have been a leather with "trigger CWDT when you use a movement skill"

I just like that it's got double life, culling strike, and a free curse. I mostly use high movespeed builds anyway; movement skills in this game are way too fucking clunky.
