Gigabyte Z370 Aorus Ultra Gaming - Mega overkill, won't utilize it at all. Find the cheapest board and then go up two from the cheapest and buy that one.
(4) * 4GB 2400MHz PC4-19200 - It's fine, buy whatever is cheapest
NVIDIA GeForce® GTX 1060 6GB - Buy off of ebay and its fine
120GB SATA-III 6.0Gb/s SSD - Get a 256GB due to Windows loving to randomly rob space

Other than that, 10/10 (after changing the motherboard) for what you will be using it for
