The axes are "too good" for me

I only need them to be non magical and about 90 ee and 100-105 ee with totally rand side mods

I already have a "mq" dex robe that's the equivalent of at least 45 dex in general and more like 50 dex according to my logic

The only reason I'm upgrading it is OCD so it can be more similar to the dex charms, so it needs to be about 50 dex
