My hero.

Points from the video to stimulate discussion -

Women are not paid less for the same job as men. That's illegal and if it happens to you then sue.
CEO's are a relic of the older generation. 'Average age 54'. It's gonna take a little longer to get gender parity in that area but we're well on the way. Nothing needs to be done as the opportunity there is equal.

The pay Gap will disappear as the Baby Boomers die off. Millennials don't give a damn about stuff like that. They are much more meritocratic. They just haven't encountered the Boomers long enough to know how they are and that they will keep shiting all over them until they die.

We will have freedom again in the American system is just a matter of demographics. Caring for so many seniors is a Monumental task.

I saw it this morning and totally agree, he nailed it. You know what's funny though? His Corbynista far left supporters that flocked over when he railed against the Tories in the general election campaign have now abandoned him after he dared to take a principled stand on the right of Count Dankula to exercise free speech, and now again by setting the record straight on the gender pay gap.

This shows how far the Labour party has fallen under Corbyn. The membership is now mostly comprised of far left illiberal numpties that can't take a hint of criticism against their dear leader or the party's policies. Imagine a Corbyn government where anything unpopular would be derided as a 'smear'.

There needs to be a new centre-left party in this country that fights against austerity, for a soft Brexit, is pro business, while respecting democracy and liberal principles.

Count Dankula sounds so much like Count Dracula.

I know you'll join me Scaly. Cast aside that Labour party membership as I did in 2016 and accept the Corbyn cult is part of the problem.

The numerical pay gap will never close. Its a mathematical equilibrium that is partially affected by immutable biological characteristics
