Perandus signet rings will help you greatly.

just ignore anything that isn't poets pen

You put them on at lvl 12 and don't switch off until like 70.
Just dual wield them and do this



You literally just keep right click pressed until you are ready to respec.
Auto movement with a self homing multi projectile aoe skill that deals enough damage to faceroll whole leveling progress and early maps without any passive investment

2x elreon rings means you don't even have a mana cost on it so you can run triple heralds as soon as you get them (or mind over matter if you feel like it)

volatile dead-controlled desctruction-conc effect
unearth-body swap-gmp
frenzy-faster attacks + what ever you want (20q culling strike/pcoc/blind/lgoh are all useful)

i should try it again but last league i tried and really hated the feeling of body swap

I leveld a bunch of builds with them this league and most of them were sub 4hr to lvl 70

another neat thing I used was a watchers eye with energy shield on hit while affected by discipline.
combine that with poets pen shenaningans and you are literally immortal for the whole leveling progress

I do understand that body swap might not be for everyone though. It's kinda like flicker strike for some
Also it does feel a bit clunky at first especially until you have enough attack speed

molten strike + ancestral call
add in multi strike at lvl 38 and you really dont need anything else.

1-70 in under 4 hours
