I don’t go on my lunch break but I do got at that time and it’s the best time to go to the gym imo. The gyms empty compared to how it is at 6 pm which makes working out so much easier.

Crazy, the gym i go to is more packed between 12-1pm than 4pm onwards.

i guess its do-able. can probably get a good 45minute work out. 15minutes getting there and out/washing up.
"I'm only going to the gym to keep me in shape I'm not looking for mass gains tbh I'm already happy with my body so I won't be doing anything too intense that will make me sweat"
since your goals aren't intense i dont really see any reason to not do this. goforit

3 Weeks in so far and it was the best idea ever

Unfortunately I only work 3 days per week at that company so I only go 3 days a week + Sat training legs otherwise I would be smashing it 5 days per week
