I work from 9 till 5 and I get 1 hour break in between. All I have to do is just walk over car park from the office and gym is there.

One of my friends does this and he says that it makes the rest of the day go much faster and you are full of energy for the rest of the day.

I always thought that it will just make me want to do nothing after and I'm going to be very tried...

I quite like the idea, it will encourage me to make a healthy lunch pack up instead of grabbing KFC or other junk food from the shop coz its easier also I wont have to go to the gym after work which will give me more free time after

I'm not a member of that gym, I go to the one near my house so I can't really try it and see how it goes I will have to get membership

Anyone else do or have done this? What are your thoughts on it

Before I got my promotion I was able to do this. I miss it. Going during your lunch especially for me helps the day go by along with keeps me focused for whatever reason. Sitting/standing at a desk all day is boring as fuck so I really enjoyed having a break in there to really move around and be active. The only downfall is it takes a while for my body to cool off. So id continue to sweat at work. My fitness has definitely taken a step back since I got this new job unfortunately.

The gym usualy has showers.

If you're going to do this I recommend (if you have the ability) to start earlier take a two hour lunch to get an actual workout and still get your work day in.

I believe devil is eluding that if to shower there walk there, change and all that stuff you will have zero time to workout or you're not showering.

I don't understand how people manage to do this within 1 hour including shower etc.

It would be fantastic if I could.
Tho now my workouts are pretty short since I only go 3x a week doing stronglifts, it may be do-able.
I'd have to change gyms to try it as well because the place I'm going to start working at has a NYSC right below it.
And then just eat at my desk I suppose which I have no issue with usually takes me <10 mins anyways to eat

Same concept as lifting before work in the AM. Puts you in a good mood, endorphins, dopamine, etc.

I’ve never been able to and 30-45 minutes isn’t really enough (I’d shower before going back to work) time for me, especially if I’ve gotta change back into slacks and a nice shirt. If you can wear sweats or shorts back, hell yeah!

Could always have a big workout 3 days a week like squat/bench/dead before/after work and then just hit arms/abs/cardio every day at work.. or superset everything

Well I'm not fat so i don't sweat much I don't really have to worry about shower after, just use towel and sray should be good to go. I would deffinatly do my leg day after work tho xD

I'm only going to the gym to keep me in shape I'm not looking for mass gains tbh I'm already happy with my body so I won't be doing anything too intense that will make me sweat
