I suggest gear if you wanna get stronger, or accept the inevitable defeat that is eating more and getting fat & stronk.
It's terrible because it has stalled for a while. I want to hit 315 as I push for a 1400# total in the next year.
I think I just need to incorporate a second bench day every week because one day a week isn't enough to improve it. I bought some boards for board pressing just need some friends to hold them. /sobstory
