She isn't low mobility. For one she is ranged and that automatically means she has mobility, and she has a speed boost and a gap closer.

You've gotta play in a way that deters that. I pretty much won all trades playign top lane and often won lane/game. I just had hard times when I was camped and got no love from my jg. Typical top lane stuff. Still could do okay later in the game.
