look around his eyes, and the tips of his hair, they're very jagged, same for his shoulders and his hands/cuffs and under his armpit
you're still sharpening way too much
instead of your normal sharpen 10 times, try doing a modest 1 time and see how it looks.
sharpening is to accent your pieces but you're letting it ruin yours.

you can also apply a sharpen filter and erase bits that end up oversharpened, or lower the opacity of the sharpened layer. there are ways to use sharpen without oversharpening
