If you have 2133Mhz RAM then it looks about normal. There's a setting in the BIOS called XMP ... which should be enabled.
In Speccy it shows the RAM at half speed, that is normal.
/e Enabling the XMP setting in the BIOS will allow the RAM to run at it's actual speed. But Speccy will still show half speed.
DDRx, the DDR stand for double data rate. This is why it will show as half speed in Speccy.
so i just realized that i have 2 Hard Drives & when installing a fresh windows 10 it only installed to the Boot drive ( my SSD ) and not the storage HDD
im going to Clear/format the HDD/SSD with new partitions & install a fresh copy of windows 10 again.
also will update any drivers i can for : Mobo,Bios (CPU, RAM) , GPU Ect. and come back here when im done.
