Possibly related to your temperatures, it would help to know what they are.

Since you are overclocked, I would enter the BIOS, and save your overclock settings in a profile, then reset the BIOS settings to default.

Well this will show us your temps...

Get SPECCY here: http://www.piriform.com/speccy/download
...get the FREE version from the: Piriform Link
...Speccy is a really nice system hardware/temperature, information Utility.
...simply install it...and run the program...then post a screen shot of the main page of the program, when posting a problem/question on these forums.

i just noticed it says my Ram is " unkown " ?? and running at a lower Mhz than it actually is (unless it only runs at what is needed?)

Well it doesn't seem to be your temps...at least from the idle temps.
I assume you are using MSI Afterburner to set a fan curve for your vid card?

When was the last fresh install of Windows 10?

/e In Miscellaneous Computer Problems sub forum...there was another similar problem, probably right below you post. It was caused by a bad Win 10 Update.

i dont think i set anything for my vid card (temps in-game never seem to go above 60* under highest settings overwatch being played)
i installed windows 10 (from the usb they sell you) 2 days ago, didnt keep any old files, however the old "Windows file" is still on the pc
i didnt completely erase thee HD partitions and start over (might be my next step)

what do you think about what it says about my ram above^ ?

If you have 2133Mhz RAM then it looks about normal. There's a setting in the BIOS called XMP ... which should be enabled.
In Speccy it shows the RAM at half speed, that is normal.

/e Enabling the XMP setting in the BIOS will allow the RAM to run at it's actual speed. But Speccy will still show half speed.
DDRx, the DDR stand for double data rate. This is why it will show as half speed in Speccy.

You WANT to install Windows on the SSD. That's the way it should be done.

/e The HDD or storage drive should be for things that don't benefit from the speed that the SSD has to offer.
