i get "k32GetModuleFileNameExw cannot be found in KERNEL32.dll"

i can normally work my way thru things like this with google, but this one didn't give much to work with... Anyone know what causes this?

Happens at the end of the main download of "starcraft setup" from bliz site...

And If you are downloading for Remastered "I assumed not" then that' would have to be done from the buy online code you'd of got from blizzard.

Also win7 8 and 10 need to have almost all applications ran as admin during install and play
