paul said its closer to being multiplicative.. so i guess it could be like 120% bonus (i just dont know how to get "closer" to multiplicative.) maybe some kind of malus

(Base drop quality) x (first bonus) x (second bonus)
So to use the event as the example and an easy number for base value.... lets use 100
100 x 1.2 x 1.03 = 123.6 quality
ORWhat if its like the % multiply more like 3 x 20 = 60% bonus
100 x {[1+(20 x 3)]/100} = 160 quality
Either way its very interesting and you could definitely see a difference! Now we just need 2x 20% events and items will drop all over
