have you made one on bnet at all?

the only pvm chars I've made on bnet for years are those specifically optimized to farm me the assets for my pvp chars
I don't really see whats the point, you can single player in hero editor just fine and 99% of pvm on closed is chaos/baal runs with bots

On pvp:
Without tiger strike, hows the dmg contra regular kick?
Assuming smt like:
Lacherator
Wiz gloves
Sop
Guilaume/or any other recommendation
2/20 ammu
Gores
Eni
Bug belt

if your opponent is going to have 75% fire resist, then even a 539% dragon tail from level 45 + 2x facets works out as:
you deal X hp in physical damage from kick after all reductions
you deal X * 5.39 * 0.17 * 0.25 = 22.9% bonus HP in fire damage after reductions.
even if you broke their max resists with phoenix and facets, you're looking at what, dealing 1.57x your kick damage?
so if your regular kick deals 1600 physical, a 50% dr / 75% stacked resist target would take 136 HP from physical and 31 HP from fire.

just using dragon talon or dragon claw is more effective in pvp. Let alone whirlwind.
The only trick I could see is if you trigger dragon tail off a summon like oak. Wouldn't be great vs druids with cyclone armor, but you could deal a 33k fire damage of an oak hit for 1400 HP in damage, or 3.5k breaking their max resists

Was wondering about an AOE build for pvp, but i guess i stick to the normal kick then with fools/ctc amp/55% CB then, that bloody rapes xD
