I'd pay char transfer. I'd also like to use a mediator since it's a larger sum involved. Still evaluating the price in ISK, but judging by some others I think 120billion ISK is fair for it. Which would translate to roughly 48k FG.

I have decided to not sell for now, will keep training it. Price is probably going to go up a lot once I finish all subcap specs to 5 and all t2 ship skills 2. Next up after that - shield/armor/electronics maxing
