She works on a marking system. Think Akali. Word is that some abilities and passive mark targets.

Q pretty much unchanged. Resets on kill/marked target hit.

W is damage reduction and deflection. Not complete absorb/invulnerable according to a Rioter.

E throws a blade and allows a second activation to throw another blade. Stuns/damages targets caught in a line between. Possible to dash to blades?

R makes the blade arena (obviously). No one is sure if the blades will mark, damage, slow, or just act as terrain.

So she's an assassin now or...?

That mobility seems outrageous.
