It took roughly 2 weeks. I assume it depends mostly on the subject of the inquiry.

This. If it is well written it will take a good 2 weeks more for their third party support to understand it fully, then forward it on to someone competent

The submit ticket support team is the worst customer service I've ever seen in any game.
They also love to stall response with bullshit like:
* Can you send me a screenshot?
* Can you explain it again so I have a better idea?
* What exactly do you mean? Is the problem still persisting?

Communicating with them can often feel like you are being professionally trolled.

I'm wiating like 5 days already for reply (this is my second ticket).
I didn't get reply for first one (different issue) and I sent it back in 2017.
