Game stays shit no matter what you are bringing against D2 players who wanted a good game and contunuation of the series like it should have.

Seeing the efforts to fix D3 have yielded nothing and are discontinued there is only 1 conclusion to make: game is shit and will stay shit

As of now looks like game’s shit.

There isn't really much of an end game in Diablo 3. You can't trade for anything, and you can really only find gear to give you bigger numbers. The items in diablo 3 are very boring in that regard, very plain. They really REALLY messed up with the itemization in diablo 3. You are forced to use a very specific set to succeed at a higher level.

They force feed you your items to the point you don't have a choice. "smart loot" customized to your class.

It's laughable really. Diablo 2 wasn't perfect with itemization by any means, but you had 100x more options than in diablo 3.
