Current job i make about 3200 a month take home. 90% of my time sitting in a chair problem solving and managing plant equipment. Really laid back job with no stress.

was offered to become a supervisor making 4000 a month, job wont be necessarily hard, just a lot of company policies and guidelines they slam on your plate to deal with. a whole lot of unnecessary crap, here at this company. only reason to take supervisor job is to take a foreman job making 10k a month take home and get to travel the united states with everything paid for.
