I've made my position clear: it's pretty much impossible to draw a clear line of personhood except at either point of conception or birth, and since we have no definitive way of defining personhood we should try to restrict our use of abortions as much as possible. If technological advances in the sciences find stronger evidence of consciousness, the ability to feel pain, survival outside the womb at increasingly earlier stages and so on, then we've committed crimes against humanity and we didn't do anything to stop it. If not, then no harm done. Maybe the above metrics aren't even what you would define personhood as, but it means
something.
